How to reset your Password

The Australian Writers' Guild recently upgraded to a new database system with more streamlined member services. The first time you log in to the website following this upgrade, you will need to reset your password. 

1. Click here: https://awg.com.au/myaccount

2. You will be sent to a login page. Please click Forgot Password to reset your password. Enter the email you used previously to log in to the AWG website. If you do not remember which email is linked to your account, please contact [email protected]. 

3. You will receive an email with instructions. Follow the prompts and then return to https://awg.com.au/myaccount and log in.

4. If you are sent to a page with links to the website and your account, click Account for your membership and address details. If not, you will be sent straight to My Account. 

5. If your address and contact details are out of date, please update them asap. You can update your contact details at any time via My Account. 

Troubleshooting
If your membership details do not appear in My Account, or are temporarily incomplete, please contact [email protected] so we can link your email to your membership account.
