BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Program information is correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change
- All bookings are subject to 10% GST
- Bookings on Visa, Mastercard and AMEX will incur a $8.00 service fee
- A confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued upon completion of the registration process for all credit card bookings.
- Bookings paid for by EFT / Direct Deposit will not be confirmed until payment is received. When payment is confirmed you will be sent a tax invoice via email.
- EFT / Direct Deposit payments must be received immediately or the registration will cancelled.
- Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the conference and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice.
- All packages are to be paid in Australian dollars.
- Cancellation for accommodation rooms on or after November 16th are non refundable (as of this date room booking are non refundable by the hotel to AWG).
- All registration cancellations in whole or part, prior to December 31st 2012, will incur an administration fee of $50.00 AUD + 10% GST.
- All registration cancellations in whole or part, prior to February 1st 2013, will incur an administration fee of $100.00 AUD + 10% GST
- Cancellations to conference registration on or after February 1st 2013 are non refundable (as of this date conference booking for all elements are non refundable by the conference venue to AWG).
